This privacy policy defines how Kids Math (we, us, our) use, collect, or disclose information about you. It also discusses your choices and rights regarding that disclosure. This pertains to the use of the Kids Math Maths App.

For any apps, websites, or portals of which Kids Math is not the publisher, this privacy policy does not apply. When you use our app, you consent to the use of this privacy policy, with each of the activities that have been herein described. This includes the policies for disclosure, use, and collection.

Children

We take proactive steps to ensure that we do not collect any information that individually identifies a child. We further ensure that we do not sell the information of any children below 16 years of age, knowingly.

Ways in which the children use the platforms

Kids Math Maths app has developed its platforms in a manner such that they turn out to be enjoyable for people of all ages. A major section of our app is intended for children. But the app also has a section for parents’ use, such that they use the app better for their children. It helps with supportive learning.

Kids Math Maths app is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). COPPA is an online law and is in place to safeguard the online privacy of children.

We take the utmost precautions to ensure that the online policy of the children is protected. We further encourage parents to play a role in safeguarding the children’s privacy, by discussing the privacy policy with them.

Apps

Knowingly, we do not collect children’s personal information, as defined by COPPA, from our app. But in case we come to realize that we have collected any children’s personal information that violates COPPA, we delete it immediately. Parents should however note that when they themselves provide any information about their children over the app, COPPA does not apply to that information.

GDPR compliance

GDPR refers to the General Data Protection Regulations, the data that we collect using the Kids Math Maths learning app is both COPPA and GDPR compliant. As per GDPR, we take parental consent before we collect data from children under 16 years of age.

Local Notifications

Through our child-directed apps, we may allow children to receive notifications over their devices. Even while a child does get notifications, we do not collect any of the child’s personal information. By using the device which receives the notifications, they can be turned on or off. No push notifications are used in our child-oriented apps.

Persistent identifiers

We collect, use, and share persistent identifiers. They may be in the format of device identifiers or IP addresses. This is done with the sole purpose of rendering support for the child-oriented apps’ internal operations. The use of persistent identifiers is conducted in strict compliance with COPPA, or other relevant data protection laws. While our organization may access and use this information, it may also be accessed and used by a third-party who provides services to our organization.

In-app advertising

Our app makes advertising serving technology a part of itself. This is offered by our service providers. So advertising is uploaded temporarily into the game. It is replaced when the user plays.

Persistent identifiers are the data collected for this purpose. This is to provide support for the apps internal operations. The use of persistent identifiers is conducted in strict compliance with COPPA, or other relevant data protection laws. They may be used to figure out the number of views, the frequency of ads, or serve ads in a manner that fits the device. We do not allow behavioural advertising to children in child-directed apps. The data collected from the apps are not used for behavioural advertising.

We are compliant with COPPA and a range of other data protection laws. When we collect, use, share, or process personal information from children, it is in accordance with this privacy policy. To comply with COPPA and other applicable data protection laws, we seek parental consent as and when required.

We collect information from other sources as well. Information in either of the formats sourced information as well as the information collected from our apps is treated in accordance with this privacy policy. In case the source of data imposes additional restrictions, we abide by those as well.

The sources of information may belong to different categories, but they will include social networks in all likelihood. This is only when the end-user engages with our content, references us in their social media interaction, or permits us to access information from the social networks.

How does Kids Math Maths app use the information?

The information that we collect is used for business and commercial purposes only. This is in accordance with the practices that are mentioned in this privacy policy.

We use the information to manage and optimize our apps. We may use it to furnish customized content or allow you to use certain sections of our platform.

The information similarly comes useful for monitoring and analysis of activities, usage, and trends. Problems with the app become easier to diagnose, and they can be improved upon.

When we collect the information, it simplifies and facilitates communication with you. This helps us with responding to your requests, questions, and comments. Providing customer service is simplified.

Social media and technology integration

Whenever you click over a service, platform, or website that Kids Math does not control, you will leave Kids Math and go to that source. This will include the scenario wherein you click on an ad provider link or an advertisement.

Tracking technologies may be employed by these entities to independently collect information from you, or solicit information. We cannot take responsibility for how these entities will use your information, as we cannot control the activities of these entities. We cannot guarantee that these entities will adhere to the same security and privacy policies as Kids Math.

Analytics and advertising

Our sites and apps may have tracking technologies. They are operated and owned by other entities. We work with technology services such as advertisers and ad servicing services. They serve advertisements over our app, site, websites, and use tracking technologies over our sites and apps, or their services such as advertising or emails. This is to track your activities by time or services. This is to associate the different devices that you use, and display relevant ads for you, or other related content.
